NP/PA - Fast Care Clinic/Resource Team - North Appleton
Provide Primary Care services including assessment and medical management under the direction of a physician demonstrating expertise in the role of practitioner, in a non-emergent care sites, and family practice clinics.

- Clinic Hours:
- 7:00am - 7:00pm (Mon-Fri)
- 8:00am - 5:00pm (Sat-Sun)
Candidate must have or be in the process of acquiring an active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license from an accredited program and the ability to see all ages of patients. Prior experience is preferred in a hospital, clinic, or home care setting but recent graduates will be considered. Experience using EPIC and strong Microsoft Office skills are preferred also.
